Returns

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered, provided the hygiene tag has not been removed. For products with a corporate invoice, a return invoice must be issued to us. We cannot process returns without a return invoice.

Returns will not be accepted for products with damaged original packaging, used products, or products in a condition that cannot be resold. The original invoice and all copies you have must be sent with the product you wish to return. Returns without an invoice will not be accepted.

After we receive your product, an inspection will be conducted by our authorized personnel. If no definitive fault or damage due to user error is found, returns will be accepted.

You will be notified via email when your return request is approved. If your return request is not approved following the inspection by our authorized personnel, the reason for the rejection will be communicated, and the product(s) you sent for return will be sent back to the delivery address you provided, if desired, at your cost.

To return a product, you must apply with the delivery note, exchange card, or a copy of the invoice, and the product's original tags must be intact, unused, and delivered with all accessories as received.

Return Costs

Customers are liable for any returns made at their own expense, which do not use our standard return service. If returning from a country different from the country in which the order was received, customers must bear the return costs and be liable for the return. This excludes orders in which an incorrect item was received, or the item was damaged or faulty.

Cancelling an Order

If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify us of your wish to cancel within 14 days from the date your order arrived using one of the methods set out below. Once you notify us, you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the items to our company.

To cancel a contract, you must inform us, preferably through our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Refunds

Once your return has been received by our company, it can take up to 7 calendar days to process. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
