This Website Service Agreement ("Service Agreement") is between Lemariz Moda Ve Tekstil Ürünleri San.Tic.Ltd.Şti and the User who accesses and/or registers on the Website. The Service Agreement is organized at the moment the User approves it in the electronic environment where the Website is located. Users agree, declare, and undertake not to perform transactions that enable money transfer between their memberships and the memberships of their relatives on the Website, and not to engage in behavior that manipulates the operation of the Website, otherwise they will compensate Lemariz Moda Ve Tekstil Ürünleri San.Tic.Ltd.Şti for any damages incurred.

In all cases considered force majeure by law, Lemariz Moda Ve Tekstil Ürünleri San.Tic.Ltd.Şti is not liable for late or incomplete performance or non-performance of any of its obligations determined by this Agreement. In such cases, delay, incomplete performance, non-performance, or default will not be deemed, and no compensation can be claimed from Lemariz Moda Ve Tekstil Ürünleri San.Tic.Ltd.Şti by the User for these situations. The term force majeure includes but is not limited to natural disasters, riots, wars, strikes, cyber-attacks, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failures, improvements or renewals to the system, power outages, and bad weather conditions beyond the reasonable control of Lemariz Moda Ve Tekstil Ürünleri San.Tic.Ltd.Şti despite its due diligence.

Enforcement

This Agreement entered into force by having been mutually accepted upon the Member’s electronic approval.

Applicable Law and Competent Court

Turkish Law shall apply to the implementation, interpretation, and management of the legal relations arising within the scope of this User Agreement. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising or that may arise from this User Agreement.
